Secured Bank
Loans
Whether it be taking out the core borrowing from your overdraft
or raising finance to buy capital equipment, we can help you
structure your borrowings to make the best of your financial
position. We will review the best options and assist with negotiating
the loan.
Unsecured
Bank Loans
Banks, in the main, demand security for any loans they advance.
Sometimes, however, it is possible to negotiate small, unsecured
advances (say up to £5k). Larger Loans are possible and
these are generally structured under the Small
Firms Loan Guarantee Scheme.
Overdrafts
The overdraft has its place in the overall financial structure.
We would work with the company to evaluate the best mix between
the overdraft and term loans.
