Ian's background in accountancy and information technology has enabled him to work effectively on many successfully turn-rounds, systems and business mergers. His experience of large and small boardroom management, strategy development and implementation has already helped many companies to return to profitable trading. Ian has managed a number of large high profile projects, including the installation of a National newspaper's business systems and the successful merging of subsidiaries on behalf of a large PLC. His wide ranging knowledge and experience makes him invaluable particularly where the client companies need help in re-focusing their strategy and raising the necessary funds to make it happen. He has been involved with raising Funds from Government Grants, Banks, Private Equity and Venture sources.
